The Glenlivet
Select 12,15,16 and 18 year old single malt scotch whiskies. The 15 year old is aged in French oak, the 16 year old has hints of vanilla, honey and toasted oak and the 18 year old was voted the best single malt in the 2006 International Spirits Challenge Award.
Talisker
A single malt that is 10 years old from the Isle of Sky. A pungent peat and sea-salt nose, a smokey sweetness with malt flavors and a developing warmth with a huge peppery finish.
Dalwhinnie
A 15 year old single malt from the Highlands. Enjoy its crisp, dry aromatic nose then soft flavors of heather, honey sweetness, malt and citrus fruits lead to lingering, sweet finish and finally more peat, smoke and malt.
Oban
From the West Highlands comes this 14 year old single malt with a sweet peat and fruity nose with a spicy mouth-filling sweetness. Enjoy a long drying finish with smoke and some salt.
Lagavulin
This powerful, peat smoked nose single malt is 16 years old and hails from the Islay region. Experience some seaweed with some sweetness, salty and sweet flavors with hints of wood and a long peaty-salt finish.
Glenkinchie
This is an excellent example of a Lowland single malt that is 10 years old. A light sweet nose with fresh, slightly fresh flavors of grass, fruits and malt giving away to an intense smokey-dry spice-filled finish.
Cragganmore
This 12 year old single malt is from the Speyside region of Scotland. Sweet floral fragrances with a firm body and malty taste, a long finish with delicate aromas and light smoke.
Ardbeg
A 10 year old Scottish single malt with a balanced nose with floral notes. The taste is one of initial moderate and clean sweetness that is rapidly followed by a mouthful of deep peat notes with tobacco smoke and strong espresso coffee.
Glen Moray
The first impression of this 12 year old single malt is of Highland toffee with honeycomb and sweet malt notes. The taste is exceptionally smooth, warm and rounded with a good, firm body.
Glenmorangie Lasanta
Enjoy this elegant and full-bodied single malt whiskey that has been extra matured in Spanish Olorso Sherry casks after a minimum of 10 years in ex-bourbon casks. In Gaelic Lasanta means "warmth and passion".
Jameson
We have added both the 12 year old and the 18 year old Irish single malts. They are both Double Gold Winners at the 2005 San Francisco Spirits Competition.
Redbreast
A 12 year old Irish single malt whiskey that received in 2007 a Double Gold Award at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
