Fresh Meat Department

Taste tells! We proudly present to you the best selection of fresh beef, fresh chicken, USDA Choice domestic lamb and veal. All cut & hand trimmed right here.

Because we cut our complete selection in store, we can always fill your special request. From a 2 inch thick Porterhouse Steak to a veal breast with stuffing pocket, we're at your service. Just ask.

You will never find any of our store cut meats to have added solutions of sodium that enhance appearance and prolong shelf life. At Nichols you will not pay for salt water.

Our Nicholini Italian Sausage is store made by our sausage makers using no preservatives and all natural casing. We have our own linking machine for perfect sized links.

We are always delighted to take your call for a cooking question or a special order. Please see our butcher (7 days a week) in store or give us a call at 453-MEAT.

Fresh Produce Department

Custom prepared fruit baskets can be prepared with very short notice. We also offer beautiful fresh fruit trays and veggie platters in a variety of sizes.

Fresh Delicatessen:

A real “old fashioned” deli with your selections custom sliced to order. We offer a fresh variety of the brands that Central New Yorkers prefer like Boar's Head , Hansel & Gretel, Sara Lee and more. Central New York's famous natural casing Hoffmann franks and snappys are available. Call and we can have your order frozen if you are transporting Liverpool's favorite frank out of town. Don't forget the Hinerwadel's Salt Potatoes!

For a terrific custom made sub or sandwich, stop by the Sub Bar. The deli will custom prepare sandwich platters, cold cut trays, and cheese and cracker platters.

Fresh Bakery:

From our freshly baked bread and rolls to our custom decorated cakes and everything else in between, we do what it takes to provide the best. For special orders give us a call and we’ll have it ready for you. The bakery offers cookie trays, bagel trays, custom cakes and any type of tray with the product we bake to suit your needs. We proudly have fresh Harrison rye breads, babka bread and famous halfmoon cookies.
