6 boneless skinless chicken breast (NICHOLS Chicken Cube Steaks work great!)

12 pieces of bacon

1 package of cream cheese, softened

3 chopped green onions

1 small jar pimentos

garlic salt & pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put chicken between 2 pieces of waxed paper and flatten with mallet...or just use NICHOLS chicken cube steaks! Mix cream cheese, green onions, pimentos, garlic salt & pepper and spread mixture over each flat chicken breast. Roll and wrap each breast with 1 or 2 pieces of bacon. Place seam side down in greased baking dish.

Bake for 1 hour.
